All our products are checked before use. However, a guard may deteriorate depending on how it is used. Don’t worry, we can repair them depending on their condition. Please see below for the process of sending, repairing and returning your guards.
You have damaged one of your defences and wish to repair or replace it.
You wish to change your inner tube.
You want to replace your inner tube with a new one. Click on the image below to be redirected to our online store, where you can purchase the model that fits your bike.
You wish to repair your defence.
One of your products is damaged and you would like to have it repaired in our workshops.
Please complete the ‘repair process’ form below, attach it to your parcel and send it to us at the address provided on the form.
Once your parcel has been received at our workshops, we will examine your products and contact you to inform you of the results of the examination.
There are three possible solutions:
- Repair at no cost (in the event of a manufacturing defect)
- Repair at a cost – We will provide you with a quote before carrying out the repairs.
- Repair is not possible – We will provide you with a quote to replace your product with a new one.
